TERMS OF USE
My Diabetes Circle Beta Terms
Effective July 19, 2026
These terms apply to participation in the My Diabetes Circle early beta. By creating an account or using the beta, you agree to these terms.
Purpose of the service
My Diabetes Circle helps individuals and families organize and share care-coordination information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and is not an emergency service or electronic medical record.
Medical decisions and emergencies
Always follow instructions from qualified healthcare professionals. Do not rely on My Diabetes Circle to calculate insulin, determine treatment, monitor glucose or make medical decisions. In an emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional.
Your account and circle
You are responsible for safeguarding your login and inviting only people you trust. Information entered by one circle member may be visible to other members of that circle. You are responsible for having permission to enter information about another person.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious content or use it for an unlawful purpose. Do not enter another person’s information without appropriate permission.
Early beta
The beta is provided for testing and feedback. Features may change, contain errors or become temporarily unavailable. We may limit or discontinue beta access. Participants should maintain independent copies of important information.
Feedback
You may voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback. We may use that feedback to improve My Diabetes Circle without an obligation to compensate you.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular medical or caregiving purpose.
